Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Excellent location in the city center and near the Promenade. Convenient for commuting to other areas. Clean room with a terrace option. Luggage storage and free WiFi. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Perfect for those wanting to explore the South of France.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

The location was perfect, with key attractions and amenities just a short walk away. We loved the fact that our room had a balcony, providing a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. the breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options to start our day.

The hotel was clean and the staff and location were very good! Courteous staff team was from the manager down. The rooms were neat with the huge terrace.

The bed was too soft, unfortunately.

This hotel has a superbly convenient location for exploring the city, with easy access to Nice's main tourist attractions, shops, and transport. The rooms are comfortable and modern, equipped with all necessary amenities, including air conditioning and TV. The staff provides excellent service at all times and both the breakfast and the included coffee/hot chocolate machine are appreciated extras.

The view from some rooms is not the best and may be disappointing.

I slept so comfy in the comfy bed.

Property was pleasant, with CARING staff and perfect location right on the main shopping street with a tram stop about 50m's away.

The location of Florence was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to public transport. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of fresh produce available. I appreciated the modern, clean rooms and the friendly staff.

The room was fashionable with an easy, we had a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, just a short stroll away from St Nicholas Cathedral.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was slow.

Beautifully designed units with a comfortable bed, a terrace, as example, and the staff were courteous. We had early check-in on arrival.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the excellent location on a quieter street with a few nice restaurants nearby, close to main tram stops making it easy to reach all local attractions, and the friendly staff who wished us a speedy recovery when my husband fell sick. The breakfast was also enjoyable.

One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its great location. It is conveniently situated just off the main shopping street in a quiet street, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful stay while still being close to all the attractions and amenities of the city center. Another positive aspect is the friendly and professional staff. They provided excellent service and were very understanding when my husband fell sick during our stay. Lastly, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. The spaciousness and the presence of amenities like a balcony or terrace added a special touch to our experience.
